To claim a refund or replacement for damaged/defective items, an unboxing video showing the label and branded box is required. Photos must include our gratitude card. Claims without these cannot be processed.
Refunds or replacements are only for defective or damaged products.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are inspected, packed in custom boxes with tamper-proof bags, and handed to our trusted delivery partner.
Delivery partners may contact you if there’s an issue with the address or timing.
Shipping is available throughout India.
Tracking & Delivery Time
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details.
Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days; delays may occur for certain products or during sale events.
Multiple Shipments & Charges
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.
Flat shipping charge: Rs.150/- per order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.
No cancellations once the order is shipped.
